Über ihre Kunst
Josiane Soder arbeitet vorwiegend mit grossen Leinwandformaten
auf weissem, intensiv farbigem oder gar schwarzem Grund. Mit Schwung
und Kraft setzt sie – vom Bildzentrum ausgehend – mit
unvermischten Acrylfarben abstrakt-expressive Farbakzente und Farbspuren,
die sie gestisch mit Pinsel und Spachtel zu schwebenden, emotionsgeladenen
Kompositionen verdichtet. Es sind spontane Umsetzungen von Seelenzuständen
und Gefühlen, mit denen sie wirkungsvoll ihre Betrachter zu
erreichen weiss.
About the Art
Josiane Soder works mainly with large format pictures on white,
color-intensive or plain black backgrounds. From the picture's center
outwards, with vigor and drive, and with unmixed acrylic colors
she creates abstract-expressive color-accents and color-traces,
gesturally compressed with paintbrush and palette knife into suspended,
emotionally charged compositions. Her pictures are spontaneous translations
of mental states and feelings with which she knows how to effectively
reach her audience.
